With its 720 mm width and a usable height of 440 mm, it washes plates, glasses, utensils and GN 1/1 trays with a productivity of up to 60 racks/hour. The Acquatech System with break tank, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump maintains constant pressure, flow rate and temperature, ensuring a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows selection from a wide range of programs, monitoring of the cycle progress and machine status via the SMART START button, which changes color based on the current phase. The PUSH TO START system prevents accidental cycle starts, reducing waste and thermal dispersion. The electronic board allows parameter adjustment and activates the Thermostop function, which starts the wash and rinse only when the ideal temperatures are reached. The self-diagnosis helps reduce machine downtime. The end-of-day self-cleaning cycle thoroughly cleans the tank and protects the boiler from limescale.
