The EL42E-A is the undercounter glasswasher from the ELITECH line, designed to ensure flawless performance and maximum hygiene in any professional setting. The Acquatech System technology keeps the water pressure and temperature constant, delivering a sanitizing rinse at the end of each cycle. The UNIKO touch display allows intuitive interaction: from selecting a wide range of cycles to monitoring the cycle progress and machine status through the SMART START button. With a usable height of 310 mm, EL42E-A is ideal for washing cups, glasses, small plates and dishes. It is ready for use with Reverse Osmosis systems. The electronic board enables parameter customization and activates the Thermostop function, which ensures that washing and rinsing start only once the desired temperature is reached. The double peristaltic dispenser guarantees accurate dosing of detergent and rinse aid, optimizing consumption and results. The self-cleaning cycle prevents limescale build-up in the tank and boiler.
