CH100 is the pass-through dishwasher designed for managing mixed loads in compact spaces: it washes plates, glasses, medium-sized utensils, and GN 1/1 trays with a productivity of up to 60 racks/hour (1080 plates/hour) in just 620 mm width. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and one automatic drain cycle (with installed pump), with full control via display: temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts, and SMART START with color-coded cycle status. The electronic board allows adjustment of time and temperature with Thermostop activation to ensure safe and effective rinsing. The PUSH TO START system prevents waste by avoiding accidental empty cycles. The rounded pressed tank and full-width filters simplify drainage and maintain hygiene. The dual detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures perfect cleaning and savings. Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, with front access to components for quick maintenance.
