C640 is the multifunction dishwasher designed for those who need to wash plates, trays, GN 1/1 pans, and 600×400 pastry crates even in tight spaces, without giving up the convenience of the undercounter format. The dedicated rack and large capacity (up to 22 plates per cycle) make it extremely versatile. Wash arms and a powerful pump ensure effective removal of stubborn dirt. Integrated SOFT Door and SOFT Start systems provide maximum protection for dishes during the cycle. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and one automatic drain cycle (with installed pump), with display for monitoring temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts, and machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows adjustment of times and temperatures with Thermostop activation for ideal rinsing. The built-in dual electric dispenser for detergent and rinse aid ensures hygiene and efficiency in every cycle. Compact structure in AISI 304 stainless steel with front access to technical components.
