Professional dishwasher equipped with Break Tank, Acquatech System and automatic water softener, designed to ensure consistent washing, maximum hygiene and protection against limescale. The Acquatech System maintains stable water temperature and pressure even with irregular mains supply, while the softener manages regeneration cycles autonomously without stopping the machine. The C537-BTS model can wash glasses and up to 18 plates (Ø max 395 mm) per cycle, with a maximum productivity of 720 plates/hour. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle, with full parameter control via the intuitive display and operation status through the SMART START button. The electronic board manages time and temperature settings with Thermostop activation. The standard dual electric dispenser ensures hygiene and efficiency, while the AISI 304 stainless steel body simplifies maintenance thanks to front access to all components.
