CH100-BT is the pass-through dishwasher designed to deliver high performance and perfect hygiene thanks to the Acquatech System with Break Tank, which maintains constant water temperature, pressure, and flow throughout the cycle. Rinsing is always performed under optimal conditions, reducing consumption and ensuring high-temperature sanitization. With a width of just 620 mm, it can wash glasses, plates, utensils, and GN 1/1 trays, with a maximum productivity of 60 racks/hour (1080 plates/hour). The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and one automatic drain cycle (with installed drain pump), while the display allows monitoring of tank and boiler temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts, and machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows adjustment of time and temperature with Thermostop activation for flawless rinsing. The PUSH TO START system prevents accidental starts and waste.
