KE40UT is the three-phase glasswasher that combines advanced technology, elegant design and maximum efficiency in a compact format. Designed to guarantee flawless washing results and over 30% energy savings, it comes fully equipped with standard features such as break tank, drain pump, atmospheric boiler and rinse pump, for excellent results every time. The 5″ vertical TFT display enables easy and precise management, with a wide range of selectable cycles, constant detergent control and real-time monitoring. The Acquatech System ensures constant pressure, flow and temperature for sanitising rinse cycles, while the Level Control System keeps the tank water level stable. The Thermostop ensures maximum safety and hygiene. Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi allow remote management, optimising setup and maintenance. With a 310 mm clearance, KE40UT is ideal for cups, glasses, saucers and plates. It is completed by insulated double walls, SOFT Door system, SOFT Start and a body in AISI 304 stainless steel for reliable and long-lasting operation.
