Designed to meet the needs of high-volume operations, the three-phase undercounter dishwasher C537T ensures flexibility and reliability in washing glasses, stemware, and up to 18 plates (Ø max 395 mm) per cycle, with a maximum productivity of 720 plates/hour. The intuitive ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with installed pump), with display of temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, scheduled maintenance alerts, and the SMART START button, which changes color depending on the phase to show the current machine status. The electronic board allows precise management of time and temperature with Thermostop activation. The built-in dual electric detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures accurate dosing and savings. Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it simplifies maintenance thanks to the front-facing layout of technical components.
