Professional dishwasher designed for washing glasses of various sizes and up to 18 plates (Ø max 395 mm) per cycle, with a productivity of 720 plates/hour. Equipped with the ADVANCE control panel with 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with installed drain pump), it allows simple and precise use. The display shows tank and boiler temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, scheduled maintenance alerts, and machine status via the SMART START button, which changes color based on the active phase. The electronic board allows adjustment of wash and rinse times and temperatures, with activation of the Thermostop function to ensure optimal results. The standard dual electric detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures maximum hygiene and savings, while the wash and rinse arms guarantee reliability and long service life. Structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with front-facing components for simplified maintenance.
