Professional dishwasher with integrated automatic water softener, designed for washing glasses of various sizes and up to 18 plates (Ø max 395 mm) per cycle. The softener autonomously manages regeneration cycles based on water hardness, activating during the wash without interrupting operation. Salt refilling is the only required action, signaled automatically on the display. The ADVANCE control panel offers 4 wash cycles and an automatic drain cycle (with installed pump), while the display shows tank and boiler temperatures, self-diagnosis messages, maintenance alerts, and machine status via the SMART START button. The electronic board allows adjustment of wash and rinse times and temperatures, with activation of Thermostop for consistently optimal results, while the standard dual electric detergent and rinse aid dispenser ensures maximum hygiene. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the C537-S dishwasher is designed for easy maintenance thanks to the front-facing layout of all components.
