Dear Customer/Supplier in your dual capacity as data controller and data subject, i.e. as the person to whom the processed data refer and/or are managed by you, we hereby wish to inform you of the essential elements of the processing carried out and in more detail:

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • The fulfilment of all operations imposed by regulatory obligations;
  • The commencement of contractual relations specifically all operations strictly connected and instrumental to the commencement of said relations, including the acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of the Contract;
  • The processing of relations with suppliers/customers for administration, accounting, orders, shipments, invoicing, services, management of litigation, if any;
  • Supplier assessment based on ISO 9001:2015 and GDPR EU 2016/679 specifications;

The data collected will be processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. These data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship established and also subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal obligations. contractual purposes, the purchase of services and/or products, as well as commercial (and non-commercial) litigation, concern the processing of personal data of the Supplier/Customer only.

TREATMENT METHODS The treatment of data for the above-mentioned purposes is performed in a non-automated manner, on electronic and/or paper support, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law, by consequent regulations and by internal provisions.

PLACE OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE Personal data are processed and stored at the legal and operational headquarters of the company, in Via AUSTRIA,19 – 35127 PADOVA (PD). They are also processed on behalf of the writer, by professionals and/or companies appointed to carry out management, administrative and accounting activities.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL Some data are indispensable in order to establish and implement the contractual relationship, while others may be defined as accessory to such purposes. The provision of data to the undersigned is mandatory only for data for which there is a regulatory or contractual obligation, and any refusal would put the Supplier/Customer in the position of not being able to execute/prosecute the contract as it would constitute unlawful processing of personal data. In cases where there is no legal obligation to provide the data, a refusal would not give rise to the aforementioned consequences, but would nevertheless prevent the execution of ancillary operations.

DATA COMMUNICATION In addition to the communication and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, personal data may be communicated in Italy and not abroad to:

  • Professionals and consultants, factoring companies, credit institutions, debt collection companies, credit insurance companies and transport companies;
  • Public or private entities, also as a result of inspections or audits such as, for example: Financial Administration, Tax Police Bodies, Judicial Authorities, Italian Exchange Office, Labour Inspectorate, ASL, Social Security Bodies, Chamber of Commerce etc.;

RETENTION TIMES The data provided will be stored in our archives as follows: For administration, accounting, ordering, quotation management, servicing, maintenance, shipping, invoicing, services and management of any litigation: ten years as established by regulation in Art. 2220 of the Civil Code, without prejudice to any late payment of fees justifying its extension.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT Concerning the personal data itself, the Supplier/Customer may exercise the rights provided for by Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 within the limits and under the conditions provided for by the aforementioned regulation. In the event of signing any form of consent to the processing requested by KRUPPS SRL, it should be noted that the data subject may revoke it at any time, without prejudice to the mandatory fulfilments provided for by the regulations in force at the time of the revocation request, by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details under “Data Controller”.
